Reservation
If the landlord does not receive the deposit before the agreed-upon payment deadline, the contract will be automatically terminated, and the landlord will have the right to immediately re-offer the holiday home for rent for the relevant period.
Fire Safety and Emergency Procedures
The tenant(s) must ensure their own electrical devices are in good condition and do not overload the electrical system.
Storing and igniting fireworks in and around the property is strictly prohibited.
Owner
The owner is authorized to terminate any stay if the group clearly behaves intolerably or does not comply with the house rules, and this without refunding the paid rental amounts.
The owner may enter the property at any time to inspect the interior installations, heating, or to maintain the lawn, without requiring the tenant’s permission. The owner is obliged to respect the tenant’s privacy.
Eco-Friendliness
Electricity, water, and central heating/air conditioning are included in the rental price. We kindly ask our guests to use these resources responsibly. Please avoid using the air conditioning when it is not really necessary, and only when you are actually in the space affected by the air conditioning. Ensure that windows and doors are properly closed, and the air conditioning is turned off when you leave the holiday home temporarily or upon departure.
Furnishings
Please do not move furniture between rooms, as this can cause unnecessary damage and wear to the furniture and walls.
Internet
Wireless internet is available in the property. Use of the internet during the rental period is entirely the tenant’s responsibility. All internet traffic is logged under our IP address, so illegal downloads are prohibited.
House Rules
Smoking inside the holiday home is strictly forbidden.
Upon arrival, you will meet the property manager, who will explain additional guidelines for using the house and its surroundings. You are expected to follow these instructions.
Damage
No one intends to damage anything in the property. However, accidents can happen. We greatly appreciate it if you report any damage to us as soon as possible. The house is inspected for defects and missing items before new guests arrive to ensure they can also enjoy a comfortable vacation. Therefore, we ask you to handle the house and its inventory with care so future guests can also enjoy this beautiful place.
The owner is not responsible for accidents inside or outside the holiday home, theft, loss, or damage during or as a result of your stay in our holiday home.
The tenant is jointly and severally liable for any loss and/or damage to the holiday home, garden, and its furnishings (inside and outside) caused by actions or negligence on your part or by third parties present in the house with your consent.
Toilets
Please do not dispose of items or substances in the toilets that do not belong there (such as diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, grease, or food).
Departure
The property must be left in a neat and orderly condition by the tenant.
